Every year since 1892, the Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD, has been decorated with art made from corn. Here's the Corn Palace in corn mozaic:

Start with the magnificent ceiling at St. Bavo's Church in Haarlem. The date on the tower says 1520, but apparently it's even older than that.
