The trees at Beatrix Park are fabulous.
But there's a worm infestation underway. Seriously.
On the east end of the park, the worms and their webs are everywhere.
Whole trees are being encased in the worm webs. It's creepy.
These little guys are relentless. (Click to see the offenders close up.)
This maple tree's still healthy. For the moment.

What could be the best way to obliterate these scary worms? They wrecked havoc on these lovely trees.
