Ever seen a phone booth being cleaned? Me neither. But it happens in Amsterdam. Here's proof.
This was no half-hearted effort, either. Much more than a cursory swipe. The guy used rags, a proper squeegee--the works.
And when he was done, he snapped a photo of the clean booth for posterity--or maybe the boss, or both. Phone-booth cleaner dude, I salute you!

Wow - no wonder phone booths in the US haven't survived... No fear of public phones in Amsterdam!
